We are looking for a skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management Manager to join our Security Organization to help define strategies that will transform our enterprise, partner and customer experiences.

We have high expectations that our future leader will be able to define a strategy and roadmap that will provide simple experiences that leverage smart technologies and will secure our business. This role will be responsible for defining and driving our strategy to simplify our employee experiences, enable partner access, and wow our customers.

What you'll do...

  • Reporting directly to the Security Director for Identity and Access Management

  • Define and own the Strategy for our Identity and Access Management Program

  • Provide Technical expertise and consultancy across IAM Platform Teams

  • Collaborate on our strategy across our Identity and Access Management Platforms

  • Lead Modernization and agile practices supporting release trains and SRE

  • Lead Team responsible for being the single point of contact for new requirements

  • Responsible for the Program Delivery for the Employee Experience for IAM

  • Responsible for the Program Delivery for the Partner Experiences related to IAM

  • Responsible for the Program Delivery for the Customer Experiences related to IAM

  • Provide Weekly Communication and Metrics to Leadership on strategic status

  • liaison with Cyber Security to review and address open Cyber Security Threats

  • Partner with Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with privacy and legal mandates

  • Ensure Governance, Risk and Compliance for our Identity and Access Management

  • Provide Recommendations how to improve security posture for our IAM platforms

  • Provide architectural guidance to ensure operational resilience across our platforms

  • Partner with platform owners and business owners to align on strategic roadmaps

  • Manage Partner Relationships to drive our requirements into partner roadmaps

  • Participate and Influence industry standards to support emerging requirements

  • Drive Cyber Security Compliance across the IAM Portfolio

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management

Even better, you may have...

  • Clear understanding of IAM principles, including authentication and authorization

  • Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft IAM Technologies and moving to the Cloud

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively

  • Ability to communicate and create concise documentation that applies to all people

  • A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for operational excellence.

  • Strong interpersonal skills
