Accenture Security Consulting Manager in Los Angeles, California
Security Consulting Manager (Accenture LLP; Los Angeles, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Security Consulting Manager in Los Angeles, CA, and the job duties are as follows:
Lead delivery of Accenture’s security offerings related to cybersecurity with a focus on ownership of plans, based on customer requirements, to safeguard computer files / intellectual property against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure and to meet emergency data processing needs of the client.
Manage large-scale complex cybersecurity engagements with resources distributed globally.
Manage and provide consultative services to develop client business continuity plans.
Coach and encourage cross-collaboration between our various Security and client teams.
Work directly with clients and Accenture teams to design and implement program strategies for cybersecurity capabilities, such as data protection, insider risk, vulnerability management, security operations, security analytics, application security, cloud security, OT security, and digital identity.
Analyze client’s security posture to create current state assessment, gap analysis, and strategic implementation roadmaps.
Partner with additional Accenture Security teams to define and develop new/differentiated go to market solutions for clients.
Establish trusted relationships with clients at all levels from executive sponsors to the client’s own teams of technologists, technicians, and business associates.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Cyber Security, Economics, or related field, plus 4 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting. Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
Designing, developing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity programs including Governance, Risk and Compliance, intrusion detection system (IDS), intrusion protection system (IPS), and Identity and Access Management (IAM);
Working with cybersecurity stakeholders in the public or private sector;
Managing security strategy advisory including reviewing technical security policy and governance, computing and analyzing Security M&A cost synergies and financial modeling, devising technical security metric dashboards and wireframes, outlining risk mitigation strategies, and creating optimal cybersecurity spend reduction strategies;
Working with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF or ISO 270001;
Leading blended onshore and offshore teams;
Interacting and advising Executive Stakeholders regarding Security and Security Strategy methodologies; and
Working in Security mergers and acquisitions, including implementing robust security frameworks and protocols to safeguard clients' digital assets, conducting due diligence, providing strategic guidance on potential acquisitions, and providing integration and separation support post-signed letters of intent.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the California Transparency bill, the offered wage for this role is $194,800.00 per year.
