Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Functional Tester

Position type: Contract/ Contract to Hire Duration: 6+ Months Location: Little Rock, AR

As a Functional Tester you will:

•Must have Security Testing experience of different applications, environments including Coarse-grained or fine-grained access. •At least 3+ years of end-to-end software testing experience including creating and executing test scenarios in addition to analyzing and clearly documenting all programming defects that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications. •A willingness to live and work in central east coast. •Must be able to create SQL queries against an Oracle database when necessary to verify business scenarios have been met. •Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing system documentation, identifying test objectives, developing, or updating test scenarios, and executing functional and regression test scenarios for a web-based application. •Strong verbal and written communication skills •controls validations and role-based testing. •Experience with methodologies. •Must have Interface testing experience includes flat file testing and SOAUP UI •Candidates must have at least 3+ years of end-to-end software testing experience including creating and executing test scenarios in addition to analyzing and clearly documenting all programming defects (software bugs) that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications. •Must have Security Testing experience of different applications, integrated eligibility applications. •Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing system documentation, identifying test objectives, developing/updating test scenarios, and executing functional and regression test scenarios for a web-based application. •At least 2 years of testing experience in different environments including one or more of the client servers, Services Oriented Architecture, Web based, and three tier architectures •Understand the various approaches used in testing, including white-box, black-box, load testing, coverage testing and regression testing. •Experience with Microsoft Test Manager, TFS •This position requires experience in software testing in integrated eligibility.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of public sector, specifically state government programs and applications. Strong presentation skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $70-$100/hr. on W2 *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
