Client Sales Support Representative

What does a successful Client Sales Support Representative do at Fiserv?

As a Client Sales Support Representative, you will manage the day-to-day interactions with a specific client base and interact with internal production staff, technology, and other internal teams. You will be responsible for client relationships, issue resolution, daily reconciliation, and validation of work in support of internal production processes.

What you will do:

  • Order and Inventory Management: Interact with internal order management systems to support multiple business lines, ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions. This includes managing SourceAdvantage (FI Operational Documents), Instant Issuance (Consumables), and Promotional Products (ShopOrange and Client Branded Merchandise).

  • Vendor Relationship & Management: Develop and maintain constructive relationships with vendors and warehouses to ensure smooth operations and effective inventory management.

  • Support Client Conversions – update, ordering, inventory management of operational documents for clients

  • Customer Service & Sales Support for approximately 1,500 FIS and internal Fiserv BU (i.e. CheckFreePay Clients)

  • Partnership with Billing and Collections for Revenue collections

  • Provide client support and satisfaction at a professional level with minimal supervision, answer questions, and resolve client issues relating to products and services while providing exceptional support to our clients

  • Maintain industry and product knowledge to assist in finding creative and alternative solutions for our clients

  • Prepare periodic reports and activity logs on activities and client relationship status as needed in an accurate and timely manner

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience

  • Experience in customer service, sales industry, and supporting large key clients
