Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS) Contract List - referenced by Infrastructure Support & Maintenance (ISM), Cyber Professional Service (CPS), Customer Support & Maintenance (CSM) and Portfolio (close to 200 people) Perform Monthly Business Partner ID List updates - drives customer access to the MSS 800 support line Globally (serves all MSS customers) Publish work Instructions for the team.
