SAIC Microsoft Exchange Technical Support in REMOTE WORK, Virginia

Description

SAIC is seeking a skilled Microsoft Exchange Online Technical Support Engineer to support the US Army 365 (A365) End Users. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support for Exchange Online services, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective solutions to their issues. You will collaborate with other technical teams and contribute to the overall improvement of our support processes.

NOTE: This is a fully Remote / Work from Home position

Job Description:

  • Provide expert technical support for Exchange Online to internal and external customers.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email, calendar, and collaboration features.

  • Assist with the configuration and management of Exchange Online settings.

  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Document support processes, solutions, and knowledge base articles.

  • Stay updated on the latest Exchange Online features and best practices.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's and nine (9)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

  • Deep understanding in Exchange architecture and troubleshooting skills with Exchange, Transport, Client Access, Disaster Recovery, and Devices syncing.

  • Experience with Exchange (2010,2013, and 2016); Experience with Windows Server (2012 and 2016).

  • Administrating Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online, Administrating Microsoft 365, and Microsoft 365 Security.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, Outlook (2010, 2013, and 2016), and Outlook for (IOS, Windows, Android, and MAC).

  • Windows Server concepts and administration Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and Networking (HTTP, DNS, TCP, IP).

  • Experience with O365 Security and Compliance related technologies (eDiscovery, DLP, ATP, OCAS, etc.)

Required Certifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)

  • DoD 8570 IAT certification, Level I or higher, such as A+ CE, Network+ CE, Security+ CE, CASP+, etc

Required Security Clearance:

  • Must have an active secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a top secret clearance after first day of employment

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
